    He developed the Organic Growth On Fire program over nearly 20 years of client-facing roles. His tried and true approach is simple and focused on creating value for both agencies/consultancies and their clients.

    After years of seeing companies struggle to generate consistent and meaningful expansion opportunities, Josh put his two decades of experience into this program to teach other client-facing relationship owners how to grow organically with ease and without feeling “salesy.”

  • The growth you experience is a product of your team’s consistency and rigor in executing the plan. Most, but not all, teams that follow this program will see year-over-year growth of 10-20%.

  • Yes. Once you pay for and participate in this workshop you have access to the tools and templates that we provide. Because this is our proprietary work, we ask that you not share this information beyond your firm.

  • If you are not able to participate in this scheduled workshop, we will move your registration to the next available workshop. Refunds will only be considered in extenuating circumstances and are at the sole discretion of Canoan Strategy, LLC.

  • Yes. Additional seats can be purchased for a nominal fee.

  • Yes. You’ll have the option to purchase additional client strategic growth action plans. When you do this, you get additional support from our team to fast-track client growth. You can add up to three additional clients in this cohort. Doing this helps you start getting growth results faster.
