How is a Strategic CFO different from the controller or CPA firm I already have?

What does an engagement with Canoan actually look like day to day?
There are several different engagement models. You may only need a small project. Others may want a fully embedded CFO with ongoing services. Either way, we create the engagement that works for you so you only pay for what you need.

Often, the best option is to start with our diagnostic report. The diagnostic only takes a couple of weeks and it will clearly show you where gaps may exist.
