Succession & Exit Planning

Planning for years down the road often gets relegated to the bottom of the to-do list when you have clients to serve today. Unfortunately, many owners don’t start planning early enough. Often the business isn’t worth what they think it is (leading to lower payouts) and a clear line of succession isn’t established. We work with you to increase the value of your company (including succession planning) so you can exit when you’re ready.

This program is led by Kathleen Riessen, who is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).
